Change your clothes
One way to make your transition from being at work to being at home is to change your outfit. This will subconsciously signal to your body that you no longer need to be thinking or worrying about anything that might be going on at work and that this time is for you.

It is always a great idea to have a bath or shower as it will make you feel clean and refreshed. A bath gives you time to sit still and relax, put on some music to feel the worry and pressures of the day melt away. After a particularly busy day, you may want to go for a nap or simply take time to lie down.
