One of my New Year resolutions was to learn to cook. I am a bit of reluctant cook and tend to heat things up a lot or make salad. But I feel so happy when I actually cook from scratch and my children too, they love to bake.
My friend Chris who blogs about her glorious cooking at Life is Delicious has promised to take me under her wing and guide me along the path of becoming a cook. I thought I had better get prepared.
My kitchen has been all decorated as I showed you in my kitchen makeover and now I am all about the appliances. I am not procrastinating honestly. My latest addition to my cream and white kitchen are these gorgeous digital bowl scales from Russell Hobbs
They are so useful. They comprise of a stainless steel bowl with an on off function and it measure in imperial and in metric. The digital bowl scales are 20cm diameter and stands at 14cm tall and cost £14.99. They are also in black and red. i love having a bowl for scales so much more practical than anything else.
Bring on the baking…I am ready!
