Review: The Reach Stick Vacuum Cleaner from Dirt Devil

The Reach Stick Vacuum Cleaner from Dirt Devil

It may not be very thrifty to admit this but I have a cleaning team who come along for an hour a week and zap my house back into shape.

I use this service for 2 reasons really  firstly because I have a disability and bending and stretching can be difficult for me and secondly because I have a limited time to work whilst the children are at school and when I tried to fit in he housework too I was just doing too much. Outsourcing is a good thing!

However…a once a week clean does not keep on top off our busy home and I do need to deal with some lighter chores myself during the week particularly our floors.

Vacuum Cleaner from Dirt Devi

Last week I was sent this fabulous vacuum to review, the  360⁰ Reach Stick Vacuum Cleaner from Dirt Devil.  It is at the budget end of the market so I wasn’t expecting huge amounts to be honest, but wow!

It really is an effective, versatile vacuum and I am delighted with it. It can be used to clean floors, to reach tricky, high up areas and as a handheld device.

It’s not free standing which is a shame but apart from that I have no complaints at all!

It made short work as a hand held devise of whizzing through my car. It easily reached under my kitchen table and it zapped a couple of cobwebs for me too and the crevice tool was brilliant to get into all the corners. The suction is really good.

On the carpets and hard floors of my kitchen it did a great job too.

It also comes with an upholstery & stair tool for cleaning  textiles around the home, including; curtains, sofa’s, car seats and stairs. The 10m cord is a big bonus too and saves you havign to keep replugging.

Efficient and versatile this is just perfect for me and I am really pleased with it. Perfect for me to use speedily throughout the week and really keep on top of my house cleaning.

Product costs £129.99 and is available from Dirt Devil

    Excellent article.

This is a really nice cleaner – good that it is corded, it has enough power and good suction, without worrying about batteries.

And if somebody needs freedom from the power cord, there are many similar cordless vacuums, but they cost more due to the batteries …

Amazing, Thanks for sharing your honest review on Shark vacuum. I had just bought a Dyson vacuum for my home and I’m looking to buy a new for my office. After reading this post I thought Shark is best.
